Too often during my service in the Legislature, I have heard from the citizens of my district and our city that what is occurring at city hall benefits only the monied, elite few, leaving the rest of our taxpayers picking up the tab. Watching City Hall operate under the cover darkness has gone too far. It's time that, together, we make a Wichita that works for everyone.
